Entry Fee

• $90/golfer or $360/team. ($50 for Amputees)

Fee Includes: Green Fees, Shared Cart, Meal after Golf, Pin Prizes, Drawing Tickets (Mulligans Available for Sale at Registration)

• Mulligans - $5 - 3 for $10
• Buy-A-Putt - $5 each (Max of 4 per Team)
• Chance to Make-a-Putt - 1 for $1, 6 for $5
