• 12:00 – Scramble Begins, Shotgun Start
• 5:00 PM Awards, Raffle Prizes, Meal

Entry Fee

• $90/golfer or $360/team. ($50 for Amputees)

Fee Includes: Green Fees, Shared Cart, Meal after Golf, Pin Prizes, Drawing Tickets (Mulligans Available for Sale at Registration)

• Mulligans – $5 – 3 for $10
• Buy-A-Putt – $5 each (Max of 4 per Team)
• Chance to Make-a-Putt – 1 for $1, 6 for $5
