• 10:00 AM – Report Time
• 11:00 – Scramble Begins, Shotgun Start
• 5:00 PM Awards, Raffle Prizes, Meal

Entry Fee

• $100/golfer or $400/team. ($50 for Amputees)
• $90/golf or $360/team if registration received before August 1st, 2017

Fee Includes: Green Fees, Shared Cart, Meal after Golf, Pin Prizes, Drawing Tickets (Mulligans Available for Sale at Registration)

• Mulligans – $5 – 3 for $10
• Buy-A-Put – $5 each (Max of 4 per Team)
